Standard Outerwear is a bespoke design house and custom tailoring shop. We design, manufacture and market the finest line of thermal quilt outerwear in the country. What we make is unique!

Our garments solve the 3 most common issues most people have with their coats & jackets; THE BULK - our garments are lightweight & don't have the "fluff" that comes with down, WICKING - our garments are warm even when wet, WETNESS - our garments are fast-drying.
Our 185 gram thermal quilt garments provide a 2-clo-plus warmth rating and are adequate for moderately cold to very cold conditions.
Our 200 gram Thinsulate multi-layer thermal quilt garments provide a 3-clo-plus warmth rating and are adequate for very cold to extremely cold conditions.
Our 300 gram thermal quilt garments provide a 3-clo-plus warmth rating and are adequate for very cold to extremely cold conditions.
We provide the power of choice for our customers in order that they get exactly what they want. With more than 4,000 styles and options to choose from, Standard Outerwear has a fabulous thermal quilt for everybody. We offer three collections in jackets, coats and vests, designed for women and men.

The Band - your typical style of collar
The Johnny - slightly thicker than the typical collar to provide a little more protection for your neck
The Hood - our garments also come with the option of having a hood in place of one of the above collars.

We take special orders, tailored-to-fit, in a full size range. We also offer custom, made-to-measure, services. We make special ordering simple. Everything we make and sell is guaranteed. All garments are made in Northeast Ohio. All come with Cikra labels.
