STEP 6: Hem Lengths - Measured from the base of the neck-line at the top-back, to the bottom of the garment hem.

1. Jackets 25" to 32"

2. Coats 33" to 50"

3. Vests 25" to 29" 

STEP 7: Sleeve Length - Measured from the base of the neck-line on the side, to the cuff edge. The rule-of-thumb is that the length of the sleeve should come down to 3 1/2" from the end of your thumb.
